Once a technician has visited your location and performed inspection/diagnosis, the service/visiting charge is non-refundable, even if you choose not to proceed with the repair.

 


 

 

2. Refunds for Completed Repairs

 

Refunds are not provided for successfully completed repairs.

However, if an issue reoccurs, it will be covered under our service warranty as per the warranty terms.

 


 

 

3. Warranty Handling

 

If the same issue reappears within the warranty period (30–90 days depending on service type):

 

  • We will provide a free re-visit and fix the problem at no additional cost.

  • A refund is not applicable during the warranty period unless the repair is deemed impossible by our technician.

 

 


 

 

4. Advance Payments (If Applicable)

 

If an advance payment is taken for spare parts:

 

  • A refund is only possible if the spare part is not available or service cannot be completed.

You may cancel the booking without any charge before the technician is assigned.

 

After Technician Assigned / En Route:

6. Incorrect Service Booking

 

If the customer provides incorrect appliance details, model information, or location that results in failed service:

 

  • Refunds will not be issued.

  • A new booking may be required.

 

 


 

 

7. No-Show / Unreachable Customer

 

If the technician reaches your location but you are unavailable/unreachable:

 

  • A visiting charge applies.

  • No refund will be issued for missed appointments.
